The Gifford Design Group provided landscape design services and a master plan for this mixed-use condominium development of 162 residential units and 21,000 square feet of commercial space. The site layout separated the garage access roads from the pedestrian friendly main streets. The site plantings and amenities enhance this feature, resulting in a neighborhood feeling uncommon in recent conventional multifamily residential developments.

The Gifford Design Group provided landscape design and wetland delineation services for this seventy-one unit residential development located on twenty acres of varied topography. The Master Plan incorporates facilities for passive recreation, utilizing a network of wooded nature trails.
